Must:
As a candidate for the Business Resilience Test & Exercise Lead position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in supporting testing and exercise programs related to Business Resiliency, Continuity of Operations, and Emergency Management activities.
- Solid understanding of industry best practices and Regulatory guidelines in the Financial Services sector.
- Preferred certifications include DRI or equivalent public sector Test & Exercise certifications, such as Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSSEP) or Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) Certification.
Responsibilities
In the role of Business Resilience Test & Exercise Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the creation of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies; supervising testing, emergency response, and recovery efforts.
- Acting as an expert in business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, and disaster preparedness planning.
- Conducting and communicating business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analyses, identifying the potential effects of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
- Collaborating with Line of Business committees and executives to report on compliance with business continuity processes, readiness, and exercise outcomes. You may also manage relationships with audits and regulatory authorities regarding business continuity matters.
- Taking charge of prominent initiatives through developing, refining, and disseminating continuity processes and standards, along with providing training on business continuity.

The compensation range for this role is between $65,000.00 – $157,300.00, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
