Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of practical experience as a software engineer with a comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- More than 3 years of experience leading and managing a team of 5 to 10 skilled developers in an agile SCRUM setting
- At least 2 years of experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or related technologies
- Over 3 years of experience working in AWS cloud environments utilizing ECS, Fargate, Lambdas, SQS, Postgres, and other comparable technologies
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for streamlined deployments
- Experience or interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or LangChain
- Proven experience in building a team from the ground up
- Expertise in automated testing, code reviews, clean code principles, and refactoring strategies to ensure top-quality code
- Hands-on experience in constructing and scaling RESTful APIs for robust and effective systems
- Proficiency in Docker or Kubernetes, including experience managing configurations within containerized environments
- A passion for continual learning and adaptability, always staying informed on media innovation while focusing on delivering client success and value.
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee a multi-year product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and Designers to develop transformative products
- Spearhead high-impact innovative projects within the media and advertising sector
- Build and manage the implementation of intricate data integrations through APIs and other common methods
- Design and direct highly scalable technical solutions, ensuring excellence in architecture and peak performance
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the teams technical abilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Data & Tech teams to incorporate solutions across our Alli platform
- Promote agile methodologies, ensuring high team productivity while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
- Operate within a dynamic environment that embraces swift decision-making and empowers innovation.
