Requirements
Must:
- I have 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically in object-oriented programming and frontend applications, backed by a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
- I possess at least 2 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks or libraries such as React, Redux, Angular, or Vue.
- I have more than 2 years of experience working with AWS or other cloud service providers.
- I have successfully mentored and coached engineers, promoting growth and collaboration within the team.
- I bring hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, system design principles, and SOLID engineering practices.
- I am proficient in languages like JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, and Go, alongside tools such as Docker and Terraform.
- I have strong experience working with databases and data warehouses like Postgres, Snowflake, BigQuery, MongoDB, and Redis.
- I am familiar with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain, and I have a curiosity for exploring their applications.
- I excel in utilizing monitoring tools, build tools, version control (Git), and test-driven development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability.
- I have experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform to automate and enhance workflows.
- I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
- I adopt a proactive, team-first stance in overcoming challenges and contributing to team success.
- I have an interest or familiarity with the digital marketing industry and its intersection with software solutions.
- I have prior experience with large language models (LLMs) or end-to-end automated testing for software systems.

Responsibilities
- I will lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend and backend features within Alli, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- I will build and maintain APIs and microservices that seamlessly integrate frontend and backend systems.
- I will work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to create features that drive measurable business outcomes.
- I will draft and implement architectural designs for complex systems, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
- I will apply and advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD, which includes debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
- I will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- I will conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- I will stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for adoption where it can add value to the team and platform.
