Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming, demonstrated success in delivering scalable and maintainable solutions
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth
- 2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, including deployment and management of cloud applications
- Proven ability to balance hands-on development with leadership roles, ensuring team success
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID principles of engineering
- Proficiency with backend and frontend technologies such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Go
- Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments for reliability and efficiency
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable management
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible to facilitate deployment processes
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly across teams, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives
- A proactive, problem-solving approach focused on delivering real-world impact and continuous improvement
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising technology intersecting with engineering solutions
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks, such as Apache Spark or Kafka
- A commitment to lifelong learning, curiosity, and adaptability in the ever-evolving media landscape, prioritizing client success
- A dedication to people-focused leadership, promoting collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by nurturing strong relationships
- Technical guidance and strategic insights provided to client teams based on expertise in media, technology, and emerging trends
- Competence in SQL, Python, and relevant programming languages for data analysis, manipulation, and automation processes
- Prior client-facing experience offering technical advice and strategic insights to assist clients in achieving their objectives
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, encouraging career development and technical excellence
- Collaborate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where ideas rapidly evolve into impactful solutions
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Allis AI-powered offerings, ensuring scalability and reliability for long-term success
- Design, develop, and implement innovative AI-driven features that empower brands to make informed marketing decisions
- Work jointly with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that enhance performance and achieve measurable outcomes
- Guide the team in adopting best practices regarding clean coding, automated testing, version control, and scalable architecture
- Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality and maintainable code
- Stay abreast of emerging AI and machine learning technologies, championing innovative approaches that redefine marketing technology
