Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and test plan development
- Familiarity with QA tools and software including SQL, JIRA, Swagger, Postman, TOAD, etc.
- Experience with system architectures, databases, and scripting languages for efficient testing and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve defects during testing and production reviews
- Ability to thoroughly analyze test results, document findings, and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience managing escalated support tickets or performing in high-level technical support roles
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality assurance standards
- Technical understanding of system architectures and scripting
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
Responsibilities
