Requirements
Must:
- Proven full-time experience in IT Project Management, business analysis, or project administration
- Demonstrated experience in managing intricate projects through all stages of development
- Proficient in structured design and development processes, scope management, project estimation, risk mitigation, and implementing corrective actions for cost overruns
- Skilled in overseeing project tasks; setting project goals and objectives; making informed decisions; analyzing complex data to devise action plans for issues; possessing strong negotiation and facilitation abilities; identifying project risks and gaps; preparing reports; and effectively communicating
- Experience in reviewing and assessing business systems, as well as understanding user and stakeholder needs
- Expertise in facilitating and documenting business process mapping and reengineering, identifying innovative technology applications to enhance business operations
- Ability to document precise requirements for IT solutions that align with program and user necessities
- Experience in gathering requirements concurrently from multiple program areas or organizations spanning various locations with diverse business needs
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple IT projects within the Maintenance and Operations (M&O) division, adhering to the complete Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Plan, execute, monitor, and finalize projects while ensuring adherence to IT standards and quality protocols
- Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of project components
- Oversee project deliverables, budget management, and scheduling to stay within constraints
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Assess vendor performance and document system requirements to ensure all outputs align with functional and contractual expectations
- Work autonomously while meeting stringent deadlines
- Perform additional tasks as required to support operational needs
