Must:
- Experience with Enterprise and Software engineering using recognized frameworks such as SEI or TOGAF
- Proven ability to create essential architecture views and document non-functional requirements
- Background as an Enterprise or Software Architect specifically for Salesforce implementations
- Proficient in integrating data, applications, services, and technologies within Salesforce, including MuleSoft
- Skilled in integrating non-Salesforce applications via REST APIs, data migration, and dataset initialization
- Experience in providing oversight for low-code Salesforce solutions that align with Functional and Non-Functional requirements
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving intricate software and hardware issues while suggesting technology solutions
- Experienced in managing and supporting Salesforce Orgs and environments, with a focus on security practices
- Knowledgeable in integrating non-Salesforce services and technologies, including REST APIs, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with data migration and dataset initiation
- Familiarity with writing Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and lightning web components
- Understanding of no-code solutions such as Flows, process builders, and workflow rules
- Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies
- Knowledge in Cloud Architecture, particularly with Azure or AWS

Responsibilities
- Convert client business needs into specific system, application, or process designs while incorporating financial modeling for large-scale technical solutions
- Assess customer service needs and develop customized service solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- Act as the principal expert in crafting solutions, including drafting scope documents, risk assessments, and associated financials
- Stay informed on industry trends and internal offerings to create high-quality service solutions
- Construct detailed solutions that encompass processes, technologies, and staffing plans for sales opportunities
- Perform risk evaluations and create mitigation plans for intricate service proposals
- Collaborate in building financial models that align with service proposals
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) or similar documents utilizing automation tools to produce precise deliverables outlining processes, technology, staffing, and project management for proposed solutions
- Serve as a Trusted Expert Advisor and Subject Matter Expert for technical services, providing support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders
- Follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures regarding cost modeling, approvals, reviews, and relevant workflow requirements
