Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) during implementation or upgrade projects
- Proficient in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing
- Demonstrated ability to identify requirements and develop formal functional documentation for key business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Experienced in conducting formal work sessions and delivering functional analysis presentations
- Skilled in performing comprehensive end-to-end system integration and external interface testing
- Familiar with Microsoft O365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Competent in utilizing MS Teams and Channels for effective communication within large teams
- Knowledge of working with public sector organizations, including Federal, State, or Local Government (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) and CAPPS Financials (preferred)
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) (preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint (preferred)
- Proficient in using Jira for project management (preferred)
- Experience working within the Scrum framework (preferred)
- Familiarity with STAT processes (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Create, document, and maintain functional specifications for various projects
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to convey functional analysis to team members
- Conduct system integration testing and ensure interface reliability
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Teams and manage projects within established timelines
- Work closely with public sector clients to understand their unique business needs (if applicable)
- Support the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM functionalities in various projects
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to a team-oriented work environment
