Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Expertise in implementing Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
- Proficient in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts
- Skilled in performing comprehensive end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience collaborating in large teams using MS Teams
- Desirable experience in public sector organizations, such as Federal, State, or Local Government
- Knowledge of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- Experience utilizing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Proficiency with SharePoint
- Experience using Jira
- Background in working within the Scrum framework
- Familiarity with STAT
Responsibilities
- Analyze and define business needs through close collaboration with stakeholders
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and provide documentation
- Execute detailed fit/gap analysis to identify discrepancies
- Coordinate and carry out end-to-end system integration testing, including third-party interfaces
- Collaborate with team members via Microsoft O365 and MS Teams
- Implement and support the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules in PeopleSoft FSCM
- Stay engaged with public sector projects and ensure compliance with regulations
- Leverage tools such as SharePoint and Jira for project management and collaboration
- Support the Scrum framework in delivering projects efficiently
- Provide insights and methods to optimize workflows and system performance
