Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Proven experience in software development using .NET and C#
- Proficiency in .NET Core development within a collaborative team setting
- Strong capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Availability for occasional night and weekend support for code deployments and application maintenance
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers
- Familiarity with GoAnywhere secure file transfer software is a plus
- Knowledge of database management, particularly with MSSQL
- Experience with Azure DevOps and distributed version control systems
- Proficient in Visual Studio IDE
- Experience with Telerik or Kendo UI controls
- Skilled in creating and maintaining unit tests and testing classes
- Experience in resolving software anomalies and developing regression tests to mitigate recurrence
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts, microservices, and RESTful APIs, primarily as a consumer
- Helpful if knowledgeable in document creation and manipulation (such as iText)
- Prior experience with Azure multiple environment deployment is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team while overseeing project delivery and timelines
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Troubleshoot and address technical challenges as they arise
- Provide support for code deployments, ensuring minimal downtime
- Maintain high-quality code standards and implement best practices
- Mentor junior developers, offering guidance and support as needed
- Develop and execute unit tests, ensuring functionality and performance
- Work on regression testing to prevent reoccurrences of known issues
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with technology trends
- Contribute to team discussions and strategy around software methodologies and systems architecture
