Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Appian components such as Process Models, SAIL Forms, CDTs, records, reports, and integrations
- Solid experience in developing Appian CDTs and application integration with databases, including MySQL and Amazon RDS
- Background as a systems analyst in a technical or analytical environment
- Practical experience in designing and implementing applications
- Competence in creating project documentation like system design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, and wireframes
- Familiarity with Test Tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane or its earlier versions
- Understanding of database management systems including IBM Data Studio and Squirrel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and UX/UI tools
Preferred Skills:
- Appian Certified Analyst/Developer/Senior Developer
- Knowledge of SQL language
- Experience with Agile or Hybrid Software Development Methodologies
- Familiarity with Texas Workforce Commission processes
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Appian applications and components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for new systems and enhancements
- Ensure high-quality application delivery through thorough testing and documentation
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain and optimize existing Appian applications for enhanced performance
- Document all phases of project developments and maintain project records
- Participate in agile development meetings and contribute to project planning and estimation
