Must:
- Experience in application maintenance and/or development
- Development familiarity with CA Gen, AllFusion Gen, or Cool:Gen programming languages
- Proficient in SQL
- Knowledge of Medicaid systems
- Familiarity with technical platforms, particularly HP NonStop (NSK or Tandem)
- Ability to nurture client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Solid customer service aptitude
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis, design, coding, and testing of various components of application code for Texas Medicaid systems using CASE tools
- Engage in maintenance, enhancement, and development of modules and their integrations with other applications
- Integrate technical expertise with an understanding of Texas Medicaid systems and business processes to create effective solutions
- Guide the direction for solutions and development plans affecting the application
- Collaborate with clients and maintain strong client relationships
