Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a developer or a bachelors degree in a technical or analytical discipline
- Minimum of five years in a development/programming role
- Proficiency in low-code platforms, specifically holding an Appian Senior Developer Certification
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Appian applications
- Familiarity with Appian components such as process models, SAIL forms, CDTs, records, reports, and API integration
- Expertise in REST Web API development and integration tools like MuleSoft
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and application programming techniques, including ERWIN
- Experience in building Appian CDTs and integrating applications with databases like Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL
- Problem-solving skills, and proficiency in scheduling, testing, installing, and troubleshooting software systems
- Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Axure, or Photoshop
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including Octane or earlier versions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide technical consultation and create clear documentation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our IT Scheduled Releases team to perform advanced Appian systems development across multiple projects
- Independently design and implement workforce applications based on Appian technology
- Engage in the full software development life cycle from initial development to testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Validate and deploy new applications, leveraging the latest Appian technology available
- Develop user interfaces, process models, and data storage solutions within the Appian low-code framework
- Serve as a technical consultant, addressing relevant issues and preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders
