Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for incoming inquiries regarding our web-based app
- Foster personal connections with customers, ensuring they receive swift, professional assistance
- Analyze and communicate customer feedback trends to the team, highlighting successes and challenges
- Troubleshoot issues related to logins, data, platform performance, and tool malfunctions
- Contribute to building a strong team atmosphere by maintaining high work standards
- Guide users on effectively utilizing Remines platforms, providing expert-level knowledge on features
- Research, document, and escalate complex technical issues to specialized internal teams
- Take responsibility for incoming help requests via email, phone, and chat, ensuring thorough resolution
- Share insights and suggestions across the organization for product and process improvements
