Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevSecOps roles
- Proven track record of managing cloud infrastructure end-to-end in production settings
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Robust experience in implementing cloud security measures including IAM, secrets management, encryption, network security, and vulnerability management
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, logging, and incident response
- Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, and prioritize tasks based on risk and business impact
- Preferred experience with Azure-based platforms in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with zero-trust or identity-first security architectures
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, or similar
- Background in industrial, safety-critical, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the design, implementation, and operation of IntelliSPECs cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code
- Construct and maintain secure and reliable CI/CD pipelines with integrated quality and security checks
- Define and uphold cloud security protocols including identity management, secrets, encryption, and network policies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance deployment safety, reliability, and response to incidents
- Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and on-call practices for production systems
- Lead efforts in vulnerability management, patching, and remediation workflows
- Assist in audit readiness and compliance through automation and evidence generation
- Continuously strive to enhance platform resilience, cost efficiency, and operational maturity
