Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, platform engineering, or advanced technical leadership roles
- Proven experience designing large-scale SaaS applications using contemporary web stacks
- Strong hands-on proficiency with MERN-stack technologies, including React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Extensive experience in crafting API-first and microservices-based SaaS platforms
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns, state management, and performance enhancement for React applications
- Practical experience with MongoDB data modeling, indexing techniques, and scalable data access methods
- Experience incorporating AI/ML functionalities into SaaS platforms, including data pipelines and inference workflows
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native platforms (preferably Azure), containerization, and Kubernetes
- Capacity to define architectural standards, reference frameworks, and technology roadmaps
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to persuade executives, architects, and senior engineers
- Preferred experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms with robust tenant isolation and scalability assurances
- Familiarity with Next.js or similar React-based frameworks for enterprise SaaS
- Experience with RAG, LLM-based systems, or AI-integrated application features
- Background in edge computing, offline-first, or mobile-first architectures
- Knowledge of security architecture, identity platforms, and zero-trust design
- History in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or regulated enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee IntelliSPECs comprehensive SaaS architecture spanning frontend, backend, data, AI, and cloud components
- Set architectural standards for React-driven web applications and Node.js backend systems
- Manage MongoDB data architecture including schema development, efficiency optimization, and lifecycle oversight
- Ensure AI functionalities are architected responsibly and seamlessly integrated into SaaS processes
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to transform platform vision into implementable roadmaps
- Review and endorse significant architectural decisions, designs, and technology choices
- Guarantee that platform scalability, availability, security, and performance align with enterprise SaaS benchmarks
- Partner with DevSecOps to synchronize architecture with CI/CD, security, compliance, and operational readiness
- Mentor architects and senior engineers, elevating the technical standards across the organization
