Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Procore Software with hands-on experience
- Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in training non-technical users
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Accounting preferred
- Equivalent experience may be considered, but construction experience is essential
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical support for Procore software integration
- Travel to job sites as necessary
- Provide in-house technical assistance with software integration
- Customize and configure project management software for bidding, cost management, and document control according to our workflows
- Conduct training sessions and offer individual assistance to Procore end users
- Support project teams by ensuring effective tracking of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs in the system
- Execute reporting processes for budgets and forecasts
