Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
- Experience in managing ERP and CRM systems in a live business environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration
- Strong knowledge in PC hardware and troubleshooting
- Experience providing IT support across multiple locations
- Familiarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or similar
- Preferred experience in Python, HTML, and ERP automation
- Personal attributes such as integrity, problem-solving skills, and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive administration and enhancement of Odoo ERP
- Manage ERP workflows, CRM configurations, reporting mechanisms, access permissions, and integrations
- Handle Google Workspace user settings, security, and access management
- Coordinate IT operations across five retail locations, supporting approximately 40 users
- Manage PC hardware, peripherals, and their lifecycle
- Oversee printers, copiers, scanners, and general office equipment
- Administer phone and voicemail systems
- Provide remote support utilizing platforms like TeamViewer
- Maintain networking components including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
- Recommend hardware purchases and manage vendor relationships
- Conduct both on-site and remote troubleshooting and technical support
- Ensure systems uptime, stability, and operational continuity
