Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Over 8 years of full-stack web development experience
- Azure certifications are advantageous
- High proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web APIs
- Knowledge of Entity Framework
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
- Experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases
- Capable of designing database tables and optimizing database performance
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with React or Angular
- Proficient in TFS, Git, and understanding Git workflows
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines like TFS or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Docker for containerization
- Familiarity with relational database design, microservices architecture, and APIs
- Understanding Windows and Web application security
- Knowledge of best practices in design patterns
- Familiarity with the Azure cloud platform and application management in the cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Adaptable to new technologies and frameworks
- Team-oriented with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience in or knowledge of the Asset Management, Trading, or Financial Industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and develop .Net/SQL Server web applications, integrating third-party software as needed
- Implement scalable designs for modernizing while supporting existing legacy platforms
- Lead teams on software standards and oversee code review processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables
- Provide production support as necessary
- Work in partnership with business and various functional technology teams to drive project success
