Requirements
Must:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware and software
- Capability to identify and address issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and prevalent business applications
- Experience in managing Active Directory user settings
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Stream, and OneDrive)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune is advantageous
- Basic comprehension of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, ADDS, DHCP, HTTPS)
- Understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, antivirus systems, and endpoint security solutions
- Insight into incident, request, and asset management procedures
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive demeanor with a proactive approach and accountability for assigned tasks
- Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience required
Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily presence at our Houston Energy Corridor location
- Oversee Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Stream, and OneDrive
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance
- Address and resolve support requests and incident tickets according to established SLAs
- Monitor incoming support queries and act as the initial contact for ICT-related issues
- Assess, prioritize, and either resolve or escalate tickets as necessary
- Manage ICT assets and keep precise records
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network problems
- Assist the ICT Infrastructure Engineer with data center upkeep; occasional travel to the Dallas facility may be necessary, including rare overnight stays
- Ensure adherence to Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS), while fostering ongoing implementation and improvement initiatives
