Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, or Computer Science preferred
- Over 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst position
- Proven experience in Property and Casualty Insurance related to Business Analyst responsibilities
- Familiarity with a core insurance application suite is preferred
- Proficient in SQL queries and related tools; experience with other scripting languages
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, SCRUM, and JIRA
- Strong customer service orientation while confidently proposing alternative solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a knack for multitasking in an agile environment
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Develop and document business solutions for various challenges, effectively communicating them to technical teams
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout the phases of design, development, and delivery of product updates and enhancements
- Engage in reviews of business and technical requirements while striving to enhance application workflow for customer satisfaction
- Address production issues promptly and assist the Strategic Outsource team in their resolution processes
- Offer business insights and support to ensure the ongoing success of the InFOCUS application
