Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in SaaS software implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics software
- Strong knowledge of transportation, brokerage, and logistics operations
- Proven experience in delivering software demonstrations or providing technical pre-sales support
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to translate complex technical features into business value
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Guide the end-to-end implementation of PCS Cortex and TMS solutions for both new and existing clients
- Configure platform functionalities to align with customer workflows and business goals
- Coordinate implementation milestones, timelines, and deliverables with the Implementation Manager
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training programs to support customer adoption
- Serve as the primary contact for questions and resolutions related to implementations
- Ensure that customers realize significant value and operational efficiency from the PCS platform
- Continuously enhance internal implementation procedures, documentation, and best practices
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide technical insights and product demonstrations throughout the sales process
- Deliver customized product demonstrations of Cortex and PCS TMS features to prospective clients
- Take part in discovery discussions to understand potential client workflows and operational requirements
- Convert customer needs into solution designs and demonstration scenarios
- Assist with proof-of-concept setups and validation activities
- Share product feedback and customer insights with the Product and Engineering teams
- Act as a transportation technology consultant to prospects and customers
- Offer guidance on system setups, workflow enhancements, and platform integrations
- Help customers design scalable logistics workflows utilizing PCS technologies
- Engage in discussions regarding API integrations and technical architecture when necessary
- Inform customers about the benefits of advanced Cortex features, integrations, additional licenses, and training services
- Identify chances for solution expansion and increased product usage
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive growth in existing accounts
