Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)/n- Basic understanding of SQL and data querying techniques/n- Strong skills in quantitative and statistical analysis/n- Ability to visualize and effectively communicate data insights/n- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities/n- Capable of working collaboratively in a team setting/n- Basic familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) is a plus but not required/n- Foundational knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement/n- Prepare reports and dashboards for plant management and business unit teams/n- Assist in the processes of data collection, cleaning, and validation/n- Develop training plans to facilitate the adoption of business intelligence tools across the organization/n- Provide actionable data insights to support ongoing projects/n- Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders/n- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions focused on process enhancement
