Requirements
Must:
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program or a related field
- Understanding of municipal, state, and federal electrical guidelines is necessary; familiarity with mechanical and safety standards is a plus
- Proficient in Rockwell programming software, including RSLogix 5000, RSLogix5, RSLogix500, RSView32, Panelbuilder32, Factory/Talk View Studio, and DriverExplorer or Drive Executive
- Hands-on experience with robotic programming and equipment controls
- Must meet the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and maintain controls and automated production machinery, including robotic systems
- Keep accurate records and documentation, preparing management reports as necessary
- Work alongside Accounting and Purchasing to address issues related to the supplier payment process
- Ensure adherence to environmental protocols and compliance with NEC, NFPA, and OSHA regulations and recommendations
- Accomplish tasks assigned by supervisors from different departments
- Attend meetings and document minutes
- Conduct research as requested by a supervisor
- Regular attendance is a critical aspect of all roles
- Perform other duties as assigned
