Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience developing software for real users
- Proficient in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL experience (MongoDB)
- Familiar with Docker containerization and Linux environments
- Proven track record of deploying full-stack applications to production
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and teammates
- Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
- Proficiency in C#/.NET development
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, App Service, Container Apps, OpenAI)
- MLOps and model deployment expertise
- Power BI and Power Platform integration
- Experience with real-time processing (Kafka, Event Hubs)
- Background in consulting
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance
Responsibilities
- Develop custom AI agents addressing genuine business challenges
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
- Connect LLMs with enterprise knowledge bases using vector search and RAG
- Create intelligent applications that reveal insights clients werent aware of
- Design and develop web applications using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript
- Build user-friendly chat interfaces and responsive experiences
- Integrate with technologies and enterprise systems commonly used by clients
- Connect AI to SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Power BI, and other databases
- Architect secure data pipelines for real-time AI interactions
- Establish scalable patterns adaptable across various client environments
- Containerize applications with Docker and deploy them into production
- Manage Linux systems in production settings
- Build cloud-native architectures on Azure
- Create templates and tools that enhance the efficiency of our consulting teams
- Document designs and patterns for team knowledge sharing
- Write maintainable and modular code to contribute to organizational best practices
- Research and prototype evolving AI tools ahead of their popularity
- Assess new technologies for practical client applications, eschewing hype
- Remain vigilant about valuable and actionable technologies
