Requirements
Must:
- Experience in managing and supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs)
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) operations
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and practices
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining complex operational software configurations
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting system abnormalities
- Ability to prepare and manage authorization packages effectively
- Experience in technical and cybersecurity coordination
- Competence in video-teleconferencing system administration and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills for customer support and report filing
- Attention to detail in maintaining system documentation and compliance
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Programs (SAP)
- Establish and manage operational software configuration controls for assigned systems
- Maintain file servers, firewalls, and security monitoring systems as required
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Prepare systems for operational use and conduct operational tests
- Review and update authorization packages regularly
- Communicate any changes that may affect authorization accreditation to clients
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments as part of self-inspection checklists
- Review and coordinate technical and cybersecurity components of authorization packages
- Identify vulnerabilities within systems and implement appropriate countermeasures
- Ensure compliance with security policies for the operation and maintenance of information systems
- Administer and configure video-teleconferencing systems and provide client support for external information systems
