Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proven experience in technical support or system administration
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop and interpret reports effectively
- Strong communication skills for liaising with teams and clients
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the healthcare industry
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site expert for WMS software and hardware
- Provide daily technical support to WMS users at the distribution center
- Analyze and resolve system errors, user access issues, and integration challenges
- Collaborate with customer and operations teams to implement WMS updates
- Act as the liaison between Operations and customers regarding WMS functions
- Develop, execute, and analyze WMS reports to identify trends and efficiency opportunities
- Lead client implementation initiatives to ensure smooth integration and support
- Conduct periodic validations of systems and operations
