In-House IT Support Specialist

Technology Solutions Inc. is looking for a committed and talented On-Site IT Technician to join our vibrant team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about IT who are eager to work in a client-facing environment. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in delivering high-level technical support, including Level 2 and Level 3 IT services, to our diverse clientele. Additional preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Server, cloud-based Azure, Active Directory, and MS Office/365, along with knowledge of networking hardware and protocols, cyber security, and Mac operating systems. I will have reliable transportation for travel to client locations, and I will receive a company vehicle for certain tasks if I maintain a decent driving record. I must also be a U.S. citizen. The position offers a competitive starting pay ranging from $32.50 to $42.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, health, paid time off, and professional development assistance. I will be working full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend projects (with advance notice), totaling between 35-50 hours a week. The job location will require commuting to Manhattan, NY, or relocating to Ronkonkoma, NY. In-person work is required, with planned and emergency on-site visits to client locations. Prior experience in help desk, VMWare, and Active Directory is preferred.
