Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT asset fulfillment or depot operations
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools
- Understanding of imaging and device configuration processes
- Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities
- Physical capability to lift and move IT equipment
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage hardware requests for laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Stage, image, and configure devices following standard build guidelines
- Process fulfillment requests through ServiceNow
- Pick, pack, and ship assets while ensuring documentation is accurate
- Maintain inventory accuracy with updates for row, bin, shelf, and substate
- Handle the intake and restocking of returned assets
- Collaborate with RTI and HAM teams to ensure asset lifecycle precision
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Assist with bulk fulfillment projects
- Propose process enhancements for improved efficiency
