IT Project Manager - Agile, Scrum

- Implement projects using PMO methodologies and processes, maintaining solid management of scope, schedule, resources, and budget. - Serve as the key interface, understanding and assessing user needs, documenting requirements, and securing stakeholder commitments. - Create detailed project timelines and cost forecasts. - Oversee and engage in all stages of the system development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, and testing. - Ensure that all system modifications are thoroughly tested before implementation. - Assure that users are well-trained and ready for new systems, meeting necessary guidelines and ensuring smooth execution. - Keep thorough issue logs and provide clear, concise status updates and achievements to Information System management and local steering committees, emphasizing progress on critical tasks. - Assist in Information System business planning needs, including budgeting, scheduling, and precise workload management. - Strictly follow established PMO practices to lead and manage multiple large-scale projects from initiation to completion. - Take full responsibility for developing, monitoring, and managing project scope, resource distribution, and budget.
