Requirements
Must:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to create complex prompts and evaluate AI reasoning
- Strong writing skills for clear, concise, and engaging explanations or critiques
- Keen attention to detail for accuracy and assessment of technical model outputs
- Experience in fields such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology (preferred)
- Background in writing or editorial roles (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.) is a plus
- Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or creative technology tools (ideal)
Responsibilities
- Contribute expertise to train and refine advanced AI systems
- Develop and evaluate professional-level prompts for AI
- Provide clear and engaging writing to articulate decisions or critiques of responses
- Assess technical aspects of model outputs while ensuring accuracy
- Work independently with a flexible schedule, selecting work hours and amounts
