Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, technical, or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in roles such as analyst, consultant, or researcher that involve quantitative analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
- Proven experience managing datasets from start to finish — sourcing, cleaning, analyzing, and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or similar) and comfort in using visualization techniques to convey findings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to clearly articulate analytical results to a non-technical audience.
Responsibilities
- We are in search of outstanding analysts to assist in training generative AI models.
- Your tasks will include identifying and procuring open datasets pertinent to business and research inquiries.
- Youll be responsible for cleansing, transforming, and prepping data for analysis and modeling.
- You will construct statistical or forecasting models to derive meaningful insights.
- Clear communication of findings is essential, with an emphasis on implications and recommendations beyond basic descriptive reporting.
