Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, STEM, or a related field from a top 200 global academic institution.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, or C++.
- Professional experience in developing and maintaining production-quality software repositories.
- Strong understanding of Git or similar version control systems, along with experience in branching, merging, and collaborative development workflows.
- Hands-on experience in conducting code reviews, debugging complex issues, and analyzing extensive codebases.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate technical feedback and best practices in coding.
Responsibilities
- Create and respond to technical inquiries regarding software engineering concepts, coding standards, and debugging strategies to aid in training AI models.
- Review and assess code generated by AI in various languages, including JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, and C++.
- Analyze code quality, maintainability, and compliance with real-world engineering standards.
- Provide expert-level insights on version control workflows, collaborative coding methodologies, and efficient debugging techniques.
