Associate Director, Medical Data Scientist

- Explore and analyze pharmaceutical data, including claims and novel datasets from lab and EHR systems - Collaborate with the Omnichannel Data Engineer to integrate data from various sources to create a comprehensive view of stakeholder interactions - Utilize natural language processing to derive insights from unstructured medical texts such as clinical notes and call center transcripts - Identify pertinent data drivers to inform strategic decision-making and create visual representations to communicate findings - Implement advanced analytics models, such as predictive analytics and clustering algorithms, to generate actionable insights and monitor trends across multiple channels - Partner with the Omnichannel ML/Ops engineer to build, test, and deploy high-quality predictive models and algorithms for the Omnichannel Center of Excellence decision engine - Develop dynamic, scalable models that seamlessly integrate into analytic data products, aligning with Otsukas expanding portfolio - Collaborate on the MLOps lifecycle with workflows for traceability and versioning of datasets - Design recommendation systems for tailored communication based on stakeholder preferences and behaviors - Analyze omnichannel campaign performance to identify impactful touchpoints and refine engagement strategies - Communicate analytical approaches effectively to address strategic goals with business partners - Work alongside medical affairs, marketing, and IT teams to ensure cohesive integration and alignment of omnichannel strategies - Provide technical support and guidance on data-related projects to cross-functional teams - Stay updated on emerging industry trends and foster strategic partnerships within Omnichannel analytics - Exemplify Otsukas core values of accountability, strategic thinking, patient and customer focus, impactful communication, collaboration, and empowered development
