Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio and creating intelligent agents.
- Strong grasp of Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
- Expertise in Dataverse, connectors, and external API integration.
- Experience in automation, workflow orchestration, and low-code development.
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and client-facing abilities.
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or higher certifications are advantageous (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, etc.).
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience using Azure DevOps.
- Over 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Azure services, particularly Logic Apps, Functions, and AI Builder.
- Awareness of governance, security, and lifecycle management in Power Platform environments.
- Understanding of data modeling, analysis, and business intelligence concepts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technically robust solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.
- Create and implement scalable solutions utilizing Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered agents through Copilot Studio, integrating them with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 applications to address business requirements.
- Work alongside stakeholders to gather specifications, define solution architecture, and deliver impactful applications.
- Ensure that solutions are secure, compliant, and adhere to Microsoft best practices.
- Remain informed about Microsoft Power Platform updates, Copilot capabilities, and emerging technologies.
- Facilitate integrations between Power Platform solutions and other systems through APIs and connectors.
- Optimize Power BI dashboards for enhanced data visualization and analytics.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to improve business processes and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to ensure alignment on functional and technical solutions.
- Lead or assist in client workshops to convert technical specifications into Power Platform applications.
