Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Customer Information System (CIS) billing modules and complexities related to commercial and industrial (C&I) billing
- Proficient in advanced metering infrastructure (AMI)-driven billing practices, rate modeling, billing exceptions, and collections management
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and market transaction processes pertinent to the utilities industry
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities related to billing disputes and adjustments
- Expertise in managing complex billing scenarios, particularly for C&I customers within CIS modernization initiatives
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business needs and develop tailored SAP Industry Solutions (IS) for the utilities sector
- Configure and implement SAP IS modules with a focus on industry-specific functionality, such as SAP Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities
- Foster and maintain client relationships to thoroughly understand their operational needs and deliver effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Provide training and support to clients on utilizing SAP IS solutions effectively
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and SAP product updates to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant
