IT Program Manager - Identity & Access Management

- Lead the definition and maintenance of the IAM program roadmap, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and compliance standards - Establish effective governance processes for prioritization, resource allocation, and stakeholder collaboration - Monitor the health of the program, including identifying risks and dependencies across multiple projects - Gather and document both business and technical requirements from various cross-functional teams - Manage conflicting priorities and ensure the timely completion of key IAM initiatives - Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and resolving issues - Create and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies for IAM initiatives - Spearhead the implementation of IAM solutions, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication - Oversee the deployment, integration, and operational readiness of IAM tools - Regularly communicate program status, risks, and significant milestones to leadership and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with internal policies and cybersecurity standards while identifying and mitigating risks associated with identity security and access management - Initiate continuous improvements in IAM processes and operational workflows
