Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 8 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead role
- Profound knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development lifecycle, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative platform tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder)
- Experience with complex integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and data transformation tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and data visibility architecture
- Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical leader and solution architect for all Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
- Design and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that adhere to enterprise standards and best practices
- Facilitate architectural reviews, integration design meetings, and quality assurance processes across internal and external development teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, create prototypes, and implement innovative CRM solutions that enhance business value
- Lead the continuous development and optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem, including custom objects, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components
- Supervise, coach, and support developers and admins (both onshore and offshore)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT) to integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and data platforms
- Oversee incident management, release management, and performance monitoring for the Salesforce platform
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with security and privacy standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Keep abreast of Salesforce product releases, features, and roadmap updates to guide strategic choices
