Responsibilities
- I will process client data according to specified requirements and handle all necessary USPS documentation.
- I will design data processing routines as needed.
- I will create automated workflows to minimize repetitive tasks.
- I will ensure projects are accurate and complete through thorough reviews.
- I will fulfill work orders for specific processing tasks.
- I will generate reports required for auditing the accuracy of our processing tasks.
- I will provide comprehensive information to facilitate the final quality control review.
- I will stay current with new software and programs as necessary.
- I will collaborate with the team on new initiatives and organizational enhancements.
- I will work effectively within teams across all production phases.
- I will communicate directly with clients when required.
Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a vital member of our innovative Miami Direct Mail company that excels in variable data. The position is crucial for preparing data for high-quality, tailored mailings using advanced Excel functions, USPS logistics expertise, and mailing software tools. This full-time position offers a pay range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with expected hours of 40 per week and an 8-hour shift schedule. The role is in-person.
