Requirements
Must:
- 4–8 years of experience in a technology-focused Business Analyst capacity
- 3+ years of business experience in financial services or banking
- Proven ability to independently facilitate intricate requirements gathering and design collaboration sessions
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with integration projects involving complex enterprise applications
- Hands-on practice with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of requirements engineering processes
- Experience producing detailed test cases, personas, and user journeys
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-assisted productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for BA workflows
- Experience with SQL and relational databases is advantageous
- Preferably have branch/retail banking experience
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for branch banking and teller platform development
- Lead requirements gathering and design collaboration meetings to ensure project specifications are accurately defined and comprehended
- Analyze and convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Collaborate closely with developers and architects to review API contracts and integration specifications
- Document integration requirements with core banking and enterprise middleware systems
- Oversee and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with Agile project lifecycle controls
- Develop test cases, user personas, and user journeys; validate developed features utilizing Postman and UAT scripts
- Utilize AI tools (GitHub Copilot or similar) for research, document creation, use case elaboration, and test plan development
- Compile and deliver project status reports to stakeholders and senior management
