Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an SQL Developer with expertise in Azure
- Strong background in SQL Development, Database Management, and DevOps
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within project teams
- Proficient in developing and managing SQL Server Databases
- Skillful in creating and optimizing Database Schemas, tables, views, and stored procedures
- Experience managing large data sets and performance-sensitive SQL operations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated development processes
- Effective coordination with full stack developers and QA teams
- Competent in reviewing database performance metrics
- Expertise in implementing database best practices and performance enhancements
- Capable of supporting production environments and resolving database issues
- Practical experience with SQL Server 2016 and newer versions
- Proficient in Azure SQL database management
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Minimum AZ-900 certification required
- Experience with SQL DACPAC and Visual Studio
- Strong understanding of database design principles and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL Server Databases
- Create and refine Database Schemas, tables, views, and stored procedures
- Handle large volumes of data and optimize performance-critical SQL processes
- Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to planning activities
- Collaborate closely with full stack developers and QA teams
- Analyze and enhance database performance
- Apply database best practices for performance optimization
- Provide support for production environments, addressing any database-related issues
