AI Solution Architect - Generative AI & LLMs

- Craft and design enterprise-level AI solutions utilizing Generative AI and Large Language Models - Establish architecture for LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI copilots - Assess and select suitable models, frameworks, and infrastructure for effective production AI systems - Guarantee the scalability, reliability, and performance of implemented AI solutions - Offer profound technical guidance in various areas, including LLMs, transformer architectures, and generative AI methods - Oversee model evaluation and benchmarking - Develop strategies for fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and adapting models - Train teams on best practices in ML pipelines, experimentation, and model management - Spearhead the deployment of machine learning and Generative AI systems in production settings - Design and execute MLOps pipelines, alongside model monitoring and continuous enhancement protocols - Ensure AI systems are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain operationally - Establish frameworks for AI governance, model explainability, transparency, and risk management - Uphold compliance with enterprise AI governance standards and regulatory requirements - Formulate policies for model validation, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment practices - Serve as a trusted technical partner for client stakeholders - Effectively articulate complex AI ideas to executives, architects, and engineering teams - Represent our firm with authority in technical and strategic dialogues centered around AI adoption - Collaborate closely with client teams to convert business challenges into AI-driven solutions - Remain abreast of new developments in generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and infrastructure - Assess emerging research and technologies to analyze their practical applicability in enterprise settings - Assist in shaping our organizations AI strategy and technological direction
