As a senior software engineer at our company, I expect you to have over 10 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, specifically with Angular. You should be skilled in establishing patterns, best practices, and core architectures that the team can leverage to develop advanced features and address bugs effectively. Additionally, I am looking for someone who has solid experience in creating backend APIs and microservices.
You should possess technical expertise in the following areas:
- Front-end: Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Backend: Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Framework (including Boot and Security), Hibernate (JPA), SQL, and a foundational knowledge of Restful APIs. Familiarity with OAuth will be an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to:
- Develop new user-facing features utilizing various front-end libraries and frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js) to heighten user engagement and enhance functionality.
- Collaborate efficiently with designers, back-end developers, project managers, and fellow team members to ensure a smooth integration of front-end components into the overall project.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to interpret design mockups and wireframes into functional web interfaces, ensuring attention to detail and design consistency throughout the process.
- Conduct requirement analysis and system architecture, which includes building database schemas and selecting the most effective development approaches.
- Assess current systems by performing thorough analyses of SDP modules and recommend optimizations to improve performance and better meet customer needs.
- Determine operational feasibility through comprehensive analysis and document design solutions effectively.
- Conduct code reviews and manage the technical documentation relevant to your modules.
- Safeguard operations by maintaining the confidentiality of information.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as planning and retrospectives.
Description
This position is a contract role, offering compensation between $85.00 and $90.00 per hour. You will be expected to work approximately 40 hours each week, and this role requires in-person attendance.
