Requirements
Must:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technology fields
- 8 years of experience with Java/J2EE
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail in complex systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide accurate estimates and realistic timelines for tasks, projects, and initiatives
- Experience with Spring Core, JPA, and MyBatis (or other Java Persistence/ORM frameworks)
- Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of SQL
- Familiarity with Git for source control
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins) and build tools like Maven/Ant
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra)
- Experience in implementing and documenting RESTful APIs
- Extensive background in web application architectures
- Experience with Web Application Servers like Tomcat, JBoss, IBM WebSphere
- Familiarity with web servers such as Apache and IIS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Google Docs, and SharePoint)
- Strong working knowledge of contract administration, finance, and IT standards
- Advanced understanding of integration and capabilities of packaged software
Responsibilities
- Gain expertise in the current CLM application and infrastructure architecture
- Collaborate with the current CLM vendor and offshore team to develop solutions for enhancements or bug fixes
- Develop and deploy J2EE applications to integrate enterprise systems
- Create, develop, and implement web services
- Program using JAVA (Multi-Threading), J2EE, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, PL/SQL, JUnit, Maven/Ant, UML, SOAP, XML
- Utilize Web 2.0 technologies in programming tasks
- Lead and manage the offshore development team by providing clear direction and regular feedback
- Participate in a 24/7 production support rotation
- Lead root-cause analysis for production issues escalated from Level 1/Level 2 Support Teams
- Contribute to monthly team meetings and team-building activities
- Engage in technical discussions and peer reviews
- Share knowledge and contribute content via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management when requested
