Principal, IT governance and compliance

- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of IT programs - Collaborate across departments to analyze control data and enhance IT delivery processes - Create advanced dashboards and analytical reports showcasing control adherence and strategic improvements - Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to aid IT leadership decision-making - Design standardized communication templates and presentations for conveying complex technical information - Produce comprehensive reports for senior management to support informed decision-making and strategic planning - Act as a reliable advisor on control-related issues, providing clear recommendations - Manage complex projects across various systems, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks - Conduct thorough gap analyses between existing controls and regulatory requirements, aligning processes with industry standards - Establish continuous monitoring frameworks for compliance and control effectiveness - Offer subject matter expertise across diverse IT process areas - Work closely with compliance and internal audit teams to synchronize IT controls with regulatory expectations - Assist in remediation efforts for identified issues, collaborating with key IT stakeholders - Serve as a governance liaison during regulatory examinations and audits - Identify and suggest emerging technologies that enhance efficiency, quality, and security in IT systems - Anticipate new risks and devise proactive mitigation strategies - Lead special IT projects to meet organizational priorities - Apply strategic thinking to tackle complex technical challenges and support teams in innovation - Carry out additional duties as needed to align with organizational goals and departmental needs
