Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive IT support experience across all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, G Suite, VoIP, and system administration.
- Advanced certifications such as CompTIA CASP, MCSE, VMware, or ITIL Expert.
- A solid understanding of financial data applications and technical integrations.
- Experience with enterprise mobility and endpoint management.
- Networking knowledge, including VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with scripting, remote monitoring and management (RMM), backups, KVM, DUO, Intune, and patch management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead intricate technical projects and manage enterprise systems.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients to ensure smooth implementations.
- Provide expert support for complex system and end-user challenges.
- Guide and mentor L1/L2 support teams to enhance service delivery.
- Manage cloud platforms, enterprise applications, VoIP systems, and remote access infrastructure.
- Architect and manage mobile device strategies for iOS and Android.
- Support financial data applications such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Enfusion.
- Lead capacity planning, system monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response.
- Oversee project management for client onboarding, from discovery through post-implementation.
