Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, focusing on AI/ML, digital transformation, or product management.
- Proven experience in establishing and leading Center of Excellence (CoE) functions oriented toward technology programs.
- Background in managing cross-functional teams and complex portfolios in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Profound knowledge of contemporary AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms, and AI technology stacks.
- Demonstrated success in change management, adoption, and skills enhancement across varied business units.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance, security, and ethical frameworks in AI applications.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate between high-level vision and practical implementation while maintaining operational rigor.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation abilities to engage stakeholders and achieve alignment.
- Proficient in translating complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and governance model for the AI Center of Excellence, ensuring it aligns with company transformation objectives.
- Organize and lead monthly cross-functional meetings for the AI Center of Excellence.
- Build relationships with leaders across all business areas to identify, prioritize, and implement impactful AI use cases while considering feasibility and ethical implications.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and business value of AI products.
- Foster a culture of responsible AI by incorporating risk management and ethical guidelines into AI initiatives.
- Advocate for change management and skill development while collaborating with business leaders to promote AI knowledge and adoption.
- Work with internal and external partners to assess AI platforms, tools, and vendors, ensuring the use of best-in-class solutions.
- Assist business leaders in capturing and articulating the return on investment from AI initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to guide AI strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team of AI professionals, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
