Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Security focusing on Identity and Access Management, particularly with Privileged Access
- In-depth knowledge of Delinea Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Connection Manager, and distributed vaulting models
- Experience integrating Delinea with DevOps pipelines, cloud-native tools, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
- Comprehensive understanding of RBAC, Single Sign-On (SSO), Least Privilege, Just-In-Time Access, and Privileged Session Management
- Familiarity with Identity Access and Governance Management, especially with tools like SailPoint, Okta, and solutions like Delinea or CyberArk
- Strong analytical skills with troubleshooting capabilities
- Understanding of Active Directory domains, LDAP directories, Oracle Identity, and Unix Identity
- Solid grasp of cloud computing concepts with experience in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform
- Proficiency in a scripting language (Unix/Linux shell, Python, or PowerShell) is preferred
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Advanced skills in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions
- Extensive experience in managing user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, including automation
- Knowledgeable in identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance concerning cloud and hybrid environments
- Strong understanding of network architecture and standards in large enterprises
- Awareness of compliance standards such as PCI DSS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and National Security Agreements
- Capability to gather project requirements and contribute to security design from start to finish
Responsibilities
- Provide security subject matter expertise for projects by various business units and IT departments
- Install, configure, and maintain Delinea Secret Server, Privilege Manager, and Connection Manager in on-premises and cloud settings (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Oversee and administrate Delinea Secret Server for integrating privileged accounts in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM tools within on-premises and cloud systems
- Implement automated password rotations for service accounts and other high-privilege accounts
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain security and compliance of privileged accounts
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices for Delinea administration and privileged access management
- Stay informed on the latest PAM technologies and cybersecurity practices through self-study and training
- Ensure system implementations adhere to company security standards and industry best practices
- Participate in the budgeting process by detailing Information Security technical and resource needs for projects
- Conduct evaluations of security technologies in labs and pilot settings
- Provide information security consulting to business units and other departments
- Maintain supportive relationships with vendors and manufacturers
- Develop and uphold minimum security baseline configurations for various operating systems
- Address Service Desk tickets assigned to the Engineering team and resolve associated issues
- Create documentation such as operations manuals, runbooks, procedures, and problem resolutions
