Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience in Helpdesk or Desktop Support roles
- Experience within the healthcare sector or familiarity with Epic systems is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be able to commute to Marshfield, WI and surrounding areas for on-site work
- Knowledge of personal computer configuration and maintenance, as well as operating systems and applications
- Familiarity with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
- Must pass drug test and background check, and meet clinical compliance for Flu, TB, MMR, and Varicella
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support across various clinical and non-clinical departments and facilities, including patient rooms and emergency departments
- Engage regularly with a diverse range of customers including team members, patients, families, and visitors
- Troubleshoot both company-owned and personal devices, replacing devices when needed
- Assist customers with best practices and tips to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure effective support and installation of hardware and software solutions
Description
We are offering a 2-week contract position for Desktop Support Technicians based in Marshfield, WI, with a pay rate of $28 per hour and an expected commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our team values strong support capabilities in a healthcare environment. The position offers excellent benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance. While the role is primarily on-site, we will reimburse travel expenses for two days of required work in Eau Claire, WI.
