Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years in IT Field Desktop Technician role or similar IT experience
- Experience in healthcare or Epic is advantageous but not mandatory
- Understanding of personal computer configurations, operating systems, and related applications
- Capability to collaborate with various departments for hardware and software support
- Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check
- Proof of clinical compliance (Flu, TB, MMR, and Varicella)
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support across a range of clinical and non-clinical departments, including patient rooms and emergency areas
- Engage directly with clients, team members, patients, and their families to troubleshoot and support company-owned and personal devices
- Replace company-owned devices as needed and offer guidance on best practices for device usage
- Support installation and troubleshooting processes for hardware and software to meet organizational standards
Description
We are seeking passionate Junior IT Field Technicians for a 12-month contract role, located in Marshfield, WI. With a potential to increase from 20 hours to 40 hours per week during regular business hours, this position is essential in providing critical IT support in various healthcare settings.
